The staff at RNR in Jacksonville were awesome. They took care of my car letting me know of any problems with my tires and did their absolute best to make sure I was safe to drive. Prices and rental agreement were very reasonable. Can't thank them enough.

This was my first time to RNR and I will definitely be back. I'd previously bought tires primarily from Walmart and last night I realized that I really needed to replace all four tires. I was dreading it because of how expensive replacing an entire set is, but I knew I had to do it because I have a road trip for work next week. I decided to give RNR a shot because I'd heard about their financing options and I wasn't really in a position to pay for an entire set up front. Javon did a phenomenal job walking me through the entire process from explaining how their program works, walking me through the application, and helping me find tires that fit my budget. I really appreciated that he didn't just try to pressure me into buying more expensive tires than what I needed. Now, my car is riding smoother and quieter than it has in months, I only had to put down roughly $45, and I have a payment plan that I can easily afford. I am highly satisfied and will definitely be back.

Javon helped me during my stay and he helped me out a lot. He was very friendly and transparent about what was happening which I appreciated. I waited 3 hours in total for all the paperwork ,putting the tires on the car and ended up walking out without a dime being paid today. Great customer service. Great benefits. And an even better deal.
