I was looking for keratin treatments everywhere but wasn’t sure if it was trustworthy because I’ve always had it done in Colombia. Then, I was recommended by a friend who had the keratin here so I did the keratin here and it came out amazing!! In fact it came out better then when I get it done in Colombia. My hair is super curly and frizzy and the keratin left it super straight and low volume that lasted for a long time. It became healthy, shiny, and very pretty. It also didn’t hurt because there’s some hair stylists that pull very hard but Carolina was great. Definitely recommend!

As I entered the place I was acknowledged . Then I guess the owner asked another Lady is she can do my hair. The lady just stared at me without any answer. I approached her and I asked “can you do this ?”( a bun) she looked at it and I said it’s okay if you can’t, just straighten my hair then. She looked at it and said “I don’t like that”. All I thought about was “I didn’t ask if you like it, I asked if you know how to do it”. I Sat and waited but the vibe was OFF so I left. Not a good experience at all.

Went by to pick up an order for wish before closing. I was told that the person that’s responsible for that was gone for the day and they couldn’t help me. Is it too much to ask to look for a small bag and hand it out? It must be because no one wanted to help. They asked me to come in the next day after the address and the name listed on the receipt were wrong. I thought about giving them a chance since my mom and I are looking for a hair place but after this I will surely NOT. They may do great hair but customer service was not.

I came here because I saw the salon online. I called, and the lady Maribel answered the phone. She was sweet, and respectfully answer all my questions. So I decided to visit the salon. I was in a hurry because I had a flight in the afternoon. As soon as I got into the salon, I was greet by Maribel and as soon as I explained I need a rush service; she took me into her hands and took great care of me. I really loved the way I was treated. I felt as a regular customer instantly. I did not feel like a stranger! OMG. What a warmth place. As for the service: fast, clean and beautifully done. And yes, I took my plane on time!!! I will recommend this place 100%.
