CUSTOMER REVIEWS
I ordered a large chili Colorado burrito and it's not an exaggeration to say that this burrito ruined all other burritos for me forever. The tortilla? Fresh. The filling? Incredible. It was so delicious. I have never before had a burrito so delicious and I fear I will never have a burrito as good as this again. This burrito is a spiritual experience, as delicious as it is divine, I have found the best burrito on earth and it is here.
Gentleman up front taking orders has no customer service skills. Has an attitude everytime I go in, apparently has been complained on several times but still has the same "I don't want to be here attitude". Trying to place phone orders is a nightmare as they prioritize the line inside, so if you are trying to place an order to go and are on a time frame, go elsewhere.
The cashier is very very very rude. Rafas burritos doesn’t care about the customers. I placed an order online and according to the rude rude rude cashier the website is not theirs which I think they are lying because the cashier is super lazy. Also when you call to place an order they never answer and according to the super rude cashier he can’t answer because according to his laziness he is to busy. I will never eat or order here ever again. Also there is always flies inside and they are around you when you are eating when you dine in and when you are waiting you have to wait outside because there is no waiting area to sit down, we had to wait outside, outside while waiting flies were getting all over us. Rafas burritos has gone down hill big time. It used to be the best place in El Paso to eat but no more.
First time coming. First off you gotta order first then sit down. I got sciatica so that was a small issue. The place is on the small side. But there is a decent amount of seats. The food is affordable and yes the serving size is notoriously BIG. The food is tasty but not so much spicy. If you're on a budget and don't mind sharing. Definitely the place to go. The place was clean, the atmosphere bustling and the service is friendly. You might struggle to find parking.
I discovered Rafa's Burritos through YouTube, so we decided to eat there during our trip. The place looks very modest from the outside, but inside it was busy and lively. The staff was very friendly and attentive, and the food was excellent! If you're looking for authentic Mexican food, this is the place to go. Highly recommended! ¡Un cordial saludo desde Alemania!
