Quik Stop Lube & Tire

I needed my tire repaired because I picked up a screw somewhere in my travels. I decided to stop here after work yesterday to see if they had time to fix the tire. They were pretty busy, but said yes, they had time. They had me pull my vehicle into a bay around back. The mechanic asked what happened and I showed him the screw. I swear 15 minutes later, my tire was fixed. The mechanic was very nice. I enjoyed talking with him while he worked. While he was at it, he checked the other tire pressures and adjusted them as needed. The work was done and all it cost me was $20. $20 for peace of mind of having the tire fixed right. I think that is a great deal!!! Thank you for the great experience/service.

Put the oil plug back in so tight it totally rounded off on the next oil change. Tried to save time paying to have work done, ended up with a massive headache and repair work

These guys were supposed to do some work on my mom's car earlier this week, they were supposed to change a wheel bearing. She dropped the car off and came back 2 hours later and they tell her that they were unable to do the job, no big deal. What is a big deal however, is that they let my 65 year old mother drive away from their shop and failed to me mention that they had removed the axle nut and just never put it back. We have been driving it for 2 or 3 days now at highway speeds down 23 and it's just a miracle that neither of us are seriously injured or dead. I will be contacting a lawyer, that's absolutely unacceptable.
