Amazing service! Extremely helpful and knowledgeable staff at this place!! Great prices too! Don’t waste your time anywhere else like I did at first, because you will still need to come here so these guy can correct another persons problem! 1000% recommend! They helped me with a major repair in my work truck at 10pm and charged me less than I even thought was possible!! It wasn’t any easy task and the guys went above and beyond. I am returning tomorrow with some more work for them and going to buy 2 tires just because they were so great. Thanks Devin and crew!!!

Horrible business! They sell you bad tires and claim that they’re new. My first encounter was when I came for a plug. Shortly after leaving my tire starting deflating the very same day. I came back and just let them replace the tire for me with one that the tech claimed to be brand new. A few days later that same tire went completely flat. I had to drive all the way to them after work on a flat tire. I was under the impression that it would be replaced with no issues since it was just within a few days of me purchasing it. I spoke to the manager to make him aware of the poor service his company renders and he wasn’t understanding at all. He’s just a money hungry prick who charged me once again for a mistake that his workers made. No apology or anything. The nasty man said it’s just bad luck. Please go to the other shop on 31 Ave and 19th street. I’ve never had a problem with their tire shop and now I see why they’re so busy and this one is not. Bad service, bad product, and only there to make a quick buck off of hard working people.

The guy seemed honest and trustworthy. Gave me a word of advice before offering his services, and fixed my flat tire with a quick and well done patch. Highly recommended

Words cannot express the awesome customer service at this tire shop. The workers listen to your complaint/issue and immediately fix the problem. My tire pressure light had been on for weeks. I had air put in all four tires but the light stayed on. I noticed my left front tire was low. I went back to Prime Tires, explained to the worker about the light and air in the tires. He took the time to check for leaks but discovered the plug was the problem. I didn't get his name but I'm happy about that light going off. Great location. Great prices. Great service. Thank you again ????
