Phongs Nails

I waited longer then it took them to get done! She didnt do the proper nail prep! She was rushing!!!! It took her maybe 10-15 mins to finish my nails! They feel like press ons! Their about to fall off! I was told i had to pay 55 n some change. NOT WORTH IT! NOT WORTH THE MONEY U GONNA WASTER THEIR!

Been coming here for a while. The last 5 months or so has been the worst. They schedule too many appointments then they have people for in the same time slot and it's ridiculous. You spend your time, your money. They're not too bad when it comes to their attitude however im thinking of trying a new place. Somewhere that actually respects your time and understands how appointments work.

Prices are fair. Customer service was great. I took my daughter to get her nails done for her birthday and they were so patient with her and her sensory issues. They really made her nail dreams come true. I also. Got mine done and he did a great job interpreting my inspiration photo. So happy with the salon I will visit again.

This was my second time visiting this nail salon. Both times the atmosphere was great. The nail technicians are very pleasant and perform great work. Today was a wonderful experience and it was like getting my nails done by a good friend. Jun was so kind and friendly. Most importantly she did a fantastic job on my nails and I am one happy customer. Thanks Jun, see you again soon!

0 stars i called multiple times and just decided to walk in as there website clearly accepts walk ins & as soon as i came the lady at the front desk said there were fully booked for the day i came in at 12. I was so disappointed (used my husband’s gmail to fill this review)
