Stopped here on my way to Lordsburg NM for work. Order a quesadilla with Al Pastor (pork) and large agua de melon ( cantaloupe drink). The quesadillas was very good. It was loaded with cheese and meat and was very tasty and crispy. It was served with sour scream, aguacate sauce, and a red salsa that had a little kick to it and made my lips have some burning feeling afterwards. The agua fresca was good as well. Definitely recommend a stop here on your way through. Next time I want to try the tacos and a burger! ????

Our usual hope when going through Hatch is to eat at Sparky's but on a recent trip Sparky's was closed as usual, and that was lucky for us because we discovered Pepe's! We were coming into town from the west, near dusk, and Pepe's looked wonderfully inviting from the road--big windows, nicely furnished, and more. I had the Carne Asada Torta and it was GREAT. My wife liked her Carne Asada Tacos. We also liked our agua frescas--I had the melon and my wife had the strawberry. And, the green chile salsa that came with the complementary chips was fantastic! Now when going through Hatch our hope will be to eat at Pepe's!

Place is amazing, red chili was so amazing as I would expect in Hatch and awesome service as well. Going to be my stop from here on out every time I am passing by.

Super tasty Chili Verde and the absolute best churros I have had in the US

Stopped by on our trip as it was open. I was sad we didn't get to go to Sparky's, but now I'm glad we were too late. We got the green chili cheese burgers and chili verde burritos. The limonada agua frescas was AMAZING, as were the churros. I would recommend adding salsa to the burrito, but only because I prefer my foods drenched in sauce. ???? Highly recommend checking out this place if you're in Hatch. Bonus, we also were able to park our huge travel trailer in their lot, though it was not that busy at the time.
