Pecan Grove

Beautiful place to have a wedding. My sister got married to the sound of water so it was very peaceful. You do have to use their caterer- Salt Lick- so be aware of that. Also, it is NOT handicap friendly and the bathrooms are separate from the main spaces. If you have important people with mobility issues, you probably want to look elsewhere. Otherwise, the folks here are very nice to work with and the place is gorgeous with lots of shade.

My wedding was perfect & beautiful thanks to my wedding planner...don’t know how it would have been possible without her. Be weary of the staff at Salt Lick venues. They charge for every little tiny thing...a huge gratuity and service fee on top. Ended up costing double what I estimated based on their bare bones information with all the fees and nickel and dining. Additionally, we were charged a fee for Champagne at the bar that we never even saw.

Didn't care for the Cole slaw or beans and the ribs had a chemical taste that I covered up with the sauce that is very good. Ambience is great. Service was great. Good price. Just not a fan of the food.

I'm biased, our son and daughter in law were married here...lovely setting . Planner did a great job, Salt Lick BBQ catered delicious food. Evening wedding by creek, fire pit at night. Gorgeous.
