Overgaard Food Center

I read the reviews after I visited and purchased items here and feel like people are over reacting. This is a small town, not a lot of options and a lot of visitors and travelers. We knew this- we traveled here and planned to do our weekly grocery trip here for the duration of our stay. It looks like a small town market- not Kroger’s or Safeway, or Walmart. I was pleasantly surprised by the options here, basically everything you would need from your normal grocery store. A little higher priced, but that was to be expected. Purchased quite a bit of meat and produce and actually raved that it was so much better quality than expected. Has everything you would need, close to almost anywhere you would stay here and customer service was great!

Great place! Has everything a person could need for a weekend of camping in the mountains. Small town prices, but a great selection of basic needs. Super friendly and helpful staff. Nice place for everything you forget to bring with you from the city.

Meat and produce looked old. High prices. Cashier was nice. Technically alot of items on shelves but I'd definitely check for fresh items.

Pretty gross. Dusty old food. Smells like mildew. Angry guy on phone. Found lots of expired food. Meat section looked as though it thawed, got warm then re-froze. Horrid.

Customer service is ok. But we only go there to get canned goods or paper goods. Would think twice about fresh fruits, vegetables or meat. You’ll understand why if you shop here. But I buy my lottery tickets there.
