I bought a brand new set of tires from them and one of the tires was defective and left me and my son on the side of the road. We were lucky to be alive. I understand things can happen in production but this place wasn’t willing to make it right. They told me there was nothing they could do and they were terribly rude. Go across the street to the other tire shop, they are much better overall.

Take your vehicle and money anywhere but here. The guys working here are dishonest and disrespectful. Upon a blow out I called to see what I could do as I had recently purchased new tires and all he had to say was that is isn’t his problem and that they wouldn’t be willing to refund me. He also chose to use profanity when he became frustrated on the phone about how I that I felt I should be given proper care for and or reimbursed. Again take your vehicl anywhere but here in Portland it’s worth the drive I promise.

I just recently moved to the area and brought my brand new $1500 Rotiforms in to be mounted and balanced. The guy charged $100 for this service. I went to pick up my wheels and there were huge gouges in them. Asked for a refund and the guy wouldn't admit fault or provide a refund. Will never go here again, sadly this business just lost a potential good customer. I should have stuck with my instincts when the guy wanted me to leave them for two hours and come back for them.....Horrible business, would give zero rating if I could

This is my second time going here - both times I've had great experiences! They are so helpful and willing to work with a budget. They were down to earth and friendly; no machismo BS! They were willing to talk me through every little question I had, and showed me on my car what they were talking about. I've now gotten affordable new tires, a tire rotation, and had my brake pads changed here! Mario is sweet and very funny. I also appreciate that they are bilingual. I am excited that this location now does more than just tires too. (New name, same great service!)

Had a flat. Easy fix I was in and out working 15 min. That take cash only. Staff has great customer service! It’s also a mechanic shop. I am definitely going back!
