Kati was amazing. I thought she was very professional and absolutely amazing. I am not from the area but when I tell you I felt welcomed by the locals and the staff, I mean it. I have managed many acquisitions and people. so, I am a harsh judge when it comes to character/customer service. You can't teach either of those in my opinion. She gets it! She checks all the boxes. Too bad she's not local to my market id steal her. Katie if you're ever looking for a change please feel free reach out! I wish you nothing but success. You will go far!!!! ????

Awesome dive bar and personally, my favorite in the Holland area. I did not have any food, so I can't speak to that. It's your typical townie spot with pool tables and a touch tunes. The service was extremely fast and friendly, even though it was only one person working everything there. Pricing is also rather reasonable.

This was my first visit to the Office bar after passing by it for many years. I’m happy I dropped by. The food is still reasonably priced, and my chicken tender basket was tasty and plentiful. Service was friendly, and the whole atmosphere was pretty cheerful and a little rowdy. It looks like there’s a pretty good crowd of regular customers. It might be a little rowdy for young families or children, but I had no issues with the bar. It’s a decent old-fashioned bar in a world with an increasing number of over-priced places following the latest fad.

Love the atmosphere. Katie is my favorite bartender and gives great recommendations and willing to make me drinks I find online. I walked in here for the first time over a year ago and she is there reason I keep coming back. It’s great to have a home town bar with such personality and atmosphere. This place is doing it right!

We are regulars here, usually served by Amber (who is fabulous, wonderful spirits, great service, and skilled!) but encountered Katie the bartender for the 5th time or so, and she is horrible! She is rude, she charged more than usual, was upset and claiming she doesn’t know us and snarked that just because we know other servers she doesn’t trust us. Wouldn’t come on a tuesday if she’s working, she will accuse you of stealing and leaving without paying tabs. When we pay our tab the 3-4 days we are here! Very rude and distasteful, ruins the atmosphere. Also heard numerous of complaints about her and wasn’t sure if it was true until today. Came in at 9pm. She also wouldn’t serve us after the encounter at the bar, drinks were empty and never came up to check and ask if we needed a refill. Very very rude and unprofessional.
