CUSTOMER REVIEWS
Buyer beware! Please see pictures posted. Owner would not refund my money, after 6 (Six) of my natural nails, were either bending backwards, or breaking off at the quick. All nails were compromised by weakening, following the manicure. I am not one to post reviews, unless it was amazing or atrocious. These are my natural nails that I’ve been growing out for three months. I had been maintaining my nails with gel, elsewhere, for past three months, to prepare for my marriage on July 9, 2023. But unfortunately, my manicurist was not available that day. I could not use acetone on my finger tips, so Tina attempted to drill off the many layers of gel that were on my nails. I was told by a co-worker, that it is their policy to remove everything down to your natural nail. As she was drilling, I noticed that much time had passed, and I was beginning to smell a different odor than acrylic. I then asked Tina, how she knows when she has reached the natural nail? And I told her to stop before she reaches the natural nail. She merely looked up at me, with a confused look on her face, shook her head, looked back down and continued to drill. I then repeated what I asked, to her coworker seated next to her. She responded, oh, she knows what to do. I asked the same question again, and neither one said anything. So I trusted her to tell me the truth. Then, while she was drilling the left middle finger, Tina’s head popped up, because a piece of acrylic flew off toward her, exposing a part of my natural nail. I then knew, for certain, that my nails were damaged. But I did not know to what extent, until I went home. And they started bending very easily. I returned to the salon, a couple days after my wedding, spoke with owner, Ken, requested a refund. He refused to pay me . His reasoning being, because I would not allow acetone on my skin, therefore necessitating, drilling them off. And secondly, that I have thin nails. I then asked him, why was I not warned that this would destroy my nails? He got flustered, started to speak his own language, and five of the other technicians, stood up, talking back-and-forth, louder, and louder. Completely, unprofessional! Well, anyway, I couldn’t understand the spoken word, I then asked one more time, are you going to give me my money back, and he got anxious, started speaking his own language to the ladies again. Thin nails, or not, my nails were nice and thick when I went into that salon. My nails are now bending backwards and splitting off beneath the quick of the nail on my Left Trigger finger and middle finger . And Right Thumb, trigger, ring, pinkie. Believe me, I would much rather be out there, running errands, like a bride does after her wedding, then posting a negative review. I hope someone benefits from this. ????
Charged me $15 to remove 6 nails in less than 5 mins. Ridiculous! Please don’t go there. It’s like a ghost town & suspicious
Walk in is convenient but for the price the service is meh I’d say. I was going to do a regular mani but decided to do a dip instead last minute. Shout out for accommodating that request but sloppy work at best. Lots of bubbles and not even texture. It was next to my eyebrow place so in a pinch I’m glad to have it done even though it’ll drive my crazy for the next two weeks. And I won’t talk about the cleanliness - why pour my dip powder into a small cup if you’re just tossing it back into the big container. And the equipment was just being shared back and forth between clients- unsanitary for sure.
Idk how this place had so much business, so maybe I'm picky. I went here bc I just happened to be near there and not near my normal salon. The lady I had spoke zero English so that may be the reason for the way my nails turned out (possibly she didn't understand me). I asked for square- I got round. The white tips look awful like she just painted straight across them. The tools didn't look clean at all, the nail clippers were rusted and I wanted to get up and leave at the sight of that but didn't want to be rude. One nail also chipped within an hour if having them done bc the shellac was on my skin and not just the nail so it chipped off. I do not recommend this place at all. Some of the people next me that I saw their nails turned out great so maybe I was just the unlucky one that day.
First time going there and I am really satisfied with their service ?.. I recommend this place for your nails Ladies. ???? ???? ???? ???? ???? for sure I will be going there again.
