Noodles & Pho

She learns her customers. We come here often and sometimes occasionally but she always knows exactly what we want, how we want it, and which utensils we like. I use chopsticks and mom uses a fork. The food is always fresh and good quality!

Just a cute and cozy, casual place for lunch. The food is amazing! We had spring rolls which are large in portion, and fresh. The chicken soup was delicious and perfect on dreary day. The service was good, only a tiny but slow but mostly bc the place was busy. Not what I expected due to the location, but actually a great find!

My wife, daughter, and son in law visited here for the first time today. It did take a bit for anyone to acknowledge we were there, and it being our first time, we didn't know if we were to sit or wait to be seated, order at the counter or at the table. You get the idea. Anyway, we did get to order after we seated ourselves, and she took our order at the table. The food was really good. My wife didn't care for the chicken, but that was the only complaint. The rest of us thoroughly enjoyed our food. We'll go back. I'm looking forward to it.

Typically love this place (I used to eat here quite frequently) but I almost wish it would permanently close so it would stop ruining my lunch plans. I have come here 3 times in the past month (twice in August 2023 on a Friday around noon and once in September - today/Tuesday around 1200) during their open hours and they have been closed. Really really sucks when you drive 30-35 minutes to a place that you are looking forward to just to find it dark and locked. I honestly won’t come back because you always have to think of a backup plan which sucks because nothing else is this level and this cuisine in Hixson. Hate to be brutal, just honest on my opinion here.

Food is really good, my favorite place in town for pho. Low rating because I'm here trying to eat during business hours and the door is locked. This is the third time this had happened. When you call it doesn't ring it goes straight to a full voicemail. Beyond frustrating. At least put a sign on the door if you are closed that day or make some attempt at something.
