Nick's Diner

I love this hometown restaurant! Mrs Lola and Mr Nick are just great people and they work so hard!!! The food is outstanding and the prices are very reasonable for the amount of food you get… if you leave hungry then that’s on you! Mrs Lola does all the waitressing herself while Mr nick does the cooking… when I come here I’m looking for a great experience and meal so I don’t mind waiting a little while to eat (if I wanted fast food I would goto to McDonald’s)???????????They serve breakfast all day and Mrs Lola greets you with a smile on her face ????????

Stopped for breakfast… Took around 10 minutes for the waitress to come over and ask us what we wanted to drink. (there were 3 other couples in the restaurant). We both order water with lemon and wait yet another 10-15 mins to get water that tasted like it came right out of the Juanita river. Oh and no lemon. Finally ordered our food and waited ATLEAST 30 mins for 2 omelets, home fries, and bacon. (Now only 2 other couples in the restaurant) Omelets had MAYBE 1 slice of cheese on them and the bacon looked and tasted like it sat out for hours. And on top of all that the waitress never came back to check on us after getting our food. Not to mention the waitress was very unpleasant. I would have rather eaten the left over bait in the livewell then eaten what we were served. Take you’re money to tops diner where you’ll have much better service and food. Nicks diner is a total joke.

I had to pull over into this business parking lot. The owner came out swearing at me and calling me a SOB and other slurs including homophobic ones repeatedly. I explained it wasn't intentional. They weren't even open yet! I will never eat there ever. I left immediately.

Old fashioned QUALITY food and service. Everything is cooked to order,not microwaved and thrown on a plate. Without any doubt, some of the best food available in the area. And the prices can’t be beat for all you get to eat!

I've never been here, BUT my friends vehicle broke down on the business owners property here and created an altercation with my friend, Instead of being part of the community and helping my friend (who is also a business owner) He called the cops. That is not a great way to create future customers and uphold a good name in any community. If you can't be a decent human to your customers/ future customers, Its time to hang it up and sell your business to people who actually care about others.
