Niceville Dog Park

Large 3 acre park with lots of trees, sand/dirt to dig, water stations, benches, small dog park attached to front of park, dog doo bags provided, various balls and toys for dogs to play with. All dogs love it. ?? Mine just love to run. They have plenty to keep them interested.

First time visit with my girlfriend and our dogs (hers is a black lab/mastiff mix; my dog is black lab/APBT mix). Both dogs had fun and actually made some doggo friends. Everyone was really friendly and they all loved talking about their respective dogs -- it was kind of cute how everyone had so many dog things in common! Much more friendly than the FWB dog park (at Liza Jackson Park on Hwy 98 in FortWaltonBeach)! The only issue was when we were leaving (along with two other dog owners were leaving with us) -- this lady was trying to enter with her two chihuahuas and a pure bred APBT; she was too focused on her chihuahuas that she didn't see her APBT get aggressive with one of the male dog owners and his older chow-mix dog. It took the rest of us to intervene and the lady acted like she had NO CLUE what happened! Ugh, so frustrating! Thankfully her aggressive dog got distracted by my dog & another dog, and it stopped trying to bite the guy & his dog. Needless to say, it was a scary situation predicated by a careless owner (the lady only cared about her chihuahuas not her APBT). Who knows, maybe she will see this review and realize she needs to be more attentive?? Even despite that one little thing, it was an amazing experience and everyone else including their doggos were great!! 5 stars!!!

Excellent space for every size of dog. The park gets sprayed for fleas and mosquitoes regularly. There are multiple dog water fountains and bowls. Super accessible and shaded.

Great place to have the dogs get out and stretch! Shaded, clean and convenient. Highly recommend when driving in and out of Ft Walton Beach, FL!

We loved the large fenced in area. It might need a little more grass maintenance but other than that it's very shady lots of trees and lots of room to run. Lots of trash bags and has a couple water stations with a hose.
