It was my first time receiving services and it will definitely be my last. There was one woman that was really rude and argumentative. I brought a photo of the design I wanted and the woman invited me to explain the design but then would abruptly tell me to stop talking because she need to absorb what I was saying; then she would ask me to continue then rudely tell me to stop talking again. After the second time I told her she wasn’t going to continue talk to me in that manner and that I was not going to stop talking until I was done. After all she was the one that asked me the question to begin with. Throughout my interaction with this woman she was not helpful and was annoyed when I asked questions about the designs or the availability of the colors I needed. I had this gut feeling that I wasn’t spending enough money and so she felt she had “bigger fish to fry.” Because from the time I walked in the shop they were trying to add on services. I get it- that’s a goal of every business but for someone to be rude to a customer who did not engage with you in a rude or unreasonable manner? Something‘s not adding up and leads me to think that the saltiness is because I’m not getting fake nails, eyebrows, etc in one sitting. I will never ever, ever, ever, ever step foot in this shop. There are too many businesses that would gladly take my money and treat me with the respect I deserve. I work too hard for my money.
I have been getting my nails done here for a few years. They are professional Mary does some beautiful nail art never disappoints. They offer all services under one roof. And personalized attention.
I love Mary. She works very well off pictures. Best prices around. They have a customer with me forever & ever.
I prefer not to leave poor service reviews, but I do when it is warranted. As many of you know, I am honest and straight forward, the integrity of my reviews is important. I gave Mary and her shop 5 stars two years ago. I am downgrading that to 2 stars. About 1½ months ago, Mary's husband gave me my pedicure because she was unavailable. In his aggressive approach, he ripped off the cuticle on my big toe, exacerbating a hang nail there. I let him finish, but the pain in my toe got worse in the next several days that I went to a clinic to get antibiotics. When I called Mary to tell her. She asked me to return as she knew exactly what to do to remedy the swelling and pain. Mary's good, I trust her, and she did, in fact, remedy the problem. Yesterday, I made an appointment for my sister and I to see her and no one else. She knew who I was. We arrived on time, only to be asked if we could come back in an hour. She took all the walk-ins at the expense of a regular customer, working multiple customers at once. An hour later, she left me a voice message that we could come back now. Too late. We had gone elsewhere. She is a great technician, which means if you only see her, you'll get a great manicure or pedicure. But sadly, after the treatment I received, I won't return.
Loved it! Went to the Japanese Restaurant; my date and I had the hibachi. The food was great! All the staff talks to you and is helpful even if they're not your server. After dinner, we walked right nextdoor to the movie theatre to see a movie. It was all very convenient and enjoyable.
