Awful ! If the young lady didn't know what she was doing she should've refrained from services. I won't do business there again.

I stumbled upon this place because I was in desperate need of some TLC. The place I usually went to was fully booked and I had to wait to be seen which normally isn’t a problem. However, I wasn’t going to be able to make the appointment due to work and some other things. I remembered walking around the mall and saw this place a few times. So, I said “let me see if they do walk-in appointments”. This place was amazing! Not only did they get me in for my brow appointment, I was also able to get a full face wax, tinted brows and full leg wax same day! The customer service and the attention to detail was the best I have seen in quite some time. Not to mention…they were extremely efficient! It didn’t take long at all and the result were simple amazing! I will definitely be going back for my TLC day (tender loving care) ????

Bee is awesome. She was able accommodate several service needed with a same day appt. I got a Brazilian, legs, underarms waxed and threaded my eyebrows. She was extremely professional and had great conversation to distract me from the pains of waxing, but most of all results are amazing.

Absolutely great service. Misha and Mona took great care of me when I went for eyebrow threading, upper lip threading, brazillian wax and vajacial. I will definitely keep going back to continue my regular services.

Rimi is the absolute best! She is also super sweet she did such a great job doing my individual lashes! And her price is super affordable! Thank you so much! Can’t wait to get them done again.
