Masters Auto Wash

Not worth the headache. The car wash does a decent job of cleaning cars. The lines get a bit long. It's a monthly service and you have to get two memberships under one account for two cars. They offer a 10% discount for the second car. We took in one car one day and the other car the next day. The expiration dates were clear in the ap - one car was set to expire on the 17th and one on the 18th of the month (photo added to review). Winter is over (we all hope), so we cancelled the service. The car that expired on the 17th was taken through the wash on the 16th and the car expiring on the 18th was taken through on the 17th. We were very careful about checking the ap to make sure we were following those dates carefully. Then, we were charged another month. The ap said we had through the 18th and we took the car through the wash on the 17th, so we should have been covered. Not so. Per communication with Everwash, the company that shows on your credit card for the service, the car wash views the billing date as the date when the membership renews - regardless of what is reported in the ap. So, when we took the car through on the 17th, we were authorizing another month's worth of service even though the ap said otherwise. Many calls and emails later, the company refuses to credit the charge back even though we were clearly within dates. Not worth the headache. Do not recommend.

My car always looks amazing after a wash but beyond that every employee at the car wash and the oil change place is absolutely wonderful. Even washing off cars in below freezing Temps they are pleasant and respectful. My husband services their well system and the owner is just a wonderful person. It reflects in the employees.

Great wash and service! My only complaint is that when you exit the car wash, there is often a huge mud puddle you have to drive thru. Then the tires and rims are dirty immediately after a wash.

Usually we come out the other end, better looking than when we went in. Only real complaint is, my wheels. Wish they were just a little cleaner. But really, I feel Austin is probably the driving force on the car wash side. Best attitude even when they are extremely busy, and is pretty thorough no matter if they are busy or not.
