Mary P.O.P.S Mexican Restaurant

Walked over from the Inn next door. Nice variety of Mexican and southern/American foods and good portions/prices. Service was super friendly and great, nice quiet atmosphere. The fried pies are delicious!

We showed up from out of town and a local suggested this awesome spot. We got there at 10 minutes till close ( early on Sunday) but didn't know that until after we ordered, they were amazing! The atmosphere was so neat, it smelled amazingly clean AND like delicious food! Denise took outstanding care of us. I had the shredded chicken chili's, best flavor I've ever had...all of our food was great! And the adult beverages were good too. Definitely recommend 10 out of 10!

We had a last minute change of plans and popped in here. The waiter was awesome and the food was so delicious. My family sat and talked for a long visit and they never rushed us to leave, kept checking on us to see if we needed anything else. We will definitely be returning.

Stopped in on an overnight trip as the restaurant was right by the hotel. The place is spacious with lots of tables. I was greeted warmly, led to a table and given chips and salsa, which was quite tasty. The wait staff was friendly and efficient. As a first time customer I asked for a recommendation for dinner. The waitress gave me a couple of ideas and I picked a lunch platter which was a smaller option. I really enjoyed the cheese blended with the peppers, onions, chicken and shrimp. It included rice and beans along with pico. Nice comfort food for a traveler.

Food and service were great. Restaurant was large, plenty of room for large parties. The reason why I gave it a 4 was when entering the restaurant there was a strong cleaning agent odor.
