Great country cooking with the sweetest southern ladies to serve you this side of the mason Dixon line. If you're looking for a good taste of home cooking then stop by and see Ms. Martha and the ladies and they'll fix you up right.
This is definitely a place I would have never went to on my own, but a customer brought me here for lunch and I am thankful for that! I can't say I've ever been to a place like this. Obviously family owned and operated, the food is just excellent. I ordered a cheeseburger and fries and was the best burger I'd had in a long time. I can't say much for the interior though. I think this place is mostly for the lunch crowd from surrounding industries. It's not a very clean and organized place at all. Each table has a different tablecloth and very random pictures hanging on the walls. It looks like it was added on over time. Don't let the looks fool you.. this place has GREAT food!
Good country-style food, worth the drive to eat here. Those who say it is expensive are a can short of a six-pack. $23 is not bad at all for two entrees, eight sides, and drinks. That is well below what some other "home cooking" restaurants in the area are charging.
Love the people, food and just great all around. Great customer service. They know my order as soon as I walk in. It's good to have a good home cooked restaurant around. Where you feel like a family. Friendly people. Wonderful food. Love this place
Treats you like family. The food is all home made and is delicious. You have many choices of meat and vegetables. The deserts are wonderful. Loved the peach cobbler. Many deserts are offered. Will definitely return many times, and you should also.
