My wife and I were in for lunch on 4-3-24, it was very busy and from what we could see there was one waitress! Service was excellent, our meal was brought out by another staff member! We asked out of curiosity, turned out to be the regional manager! Very pleasant young lady, Casey! We talked for awhile with her! My wife and I both worked food service for several years, my experience in food service I discovered if you have a working manager you will working employees! Great service, food, and atmosphere! Keep up the awesome job you all are doing in making your customers visit amazing! Thank you ????

I ordered a salad to go a Caesar salad. And I got home and the lettuce was brown. It was disgusting! I’m embarrassed that they even chose to send this out the door with a customer who is paying for it. And the worst thing is I was going home and had other things to do so I didn’t have time to run back to the restaurant. And it’s such an inconvenience to want some thing and then realize you just paid for garbage. And this isn’t the first time I got a solid there and let us was gross. Usually I get the house salad and I thought I would switch it up and get the Cesar hoping that the lettuce would be better but it was not.

I always say I'm an easy customer. I was out in Montana for a family trip, wherever we go we try to only eat local. We decided to try this place which may be a chain out here but we don't have this back in IL. My ma and I ordered carryout. We both enjoyed the pizza.

I eat at this location lots and it is usually a satisfactory experience. However yesterday I ordered take out for the first time and, while the food was good, I felt like an inconvenience to the staff. Walked up to the pickup window and waited 10 minutes while people walked by and intentionally avoided eye contact let alone conversation. My food was sitting there ready the entire time and all someone had to do was hand it to me. It was paid for and tipped on. Born and raised here I understand the staffing difficulties the service industry is facing locally but I will think twice before I spend 70 dollars to get guilt tripped. That being said the food was still good

Ordered 2 large Cobb salads but got 2 small pear and grape nut salads. I called repeatedly but the phone just rings and then hangs up. The salads contained roughly $10 worth of not so fresh ingredients, but they charge $32 for it. You're better off going to the location on tree line drive.
