It's definitely not busy, noone is here dirty half machines are not working..a couple of Sundays ago there was a homeless man sitting in here while I was doing laundry, I think if they would put an attendant in here it would not be so bad, clean up the place, as I was writing this review that same homeless man come in with his bag pack just sat down.... absolutely not...you need an attendant here, clean your laundry mat, it's a dirty scary place to be alone in...and the homeless are hanging out....ugh
Owner is rude place is falling apart almost every washer and dryer do not work or work properly the machines are falling apart nothing is clean washing your laundry here feels like a sin it's so gross you take the chance to pay 6.00 dollars a washer and have the owner fight with you about getting it back the floor is soaked no wet floor sign everything is covered in filth any nice dry cleaning you need done is washed next door in the disgusting washers and dryers
They do not provide real dry cleaning services. It's my belief they just wash and dry everything and charge you for dry cleaning. How do I know? Everything comes back shrunk and damaged. Took a designer shirt in and they ruined it. Every single piece of laundry was shrunk.
We’ve repeatedly used this dry cleaner over the years for suits and formal attire. They have always been courteous and efficient. We will continue to use Lynn Haven Dry Cleaners for all of our dry cleaning needs.
I brought a gown in and had to run out because they only accept cash/checks (how inconvenient). When I came back and paid the 45$ fee the lady asked when I needed and I told her no rush. She said she wasn’t sure she could get the stain out and I told her that was fine if it didn’t come out because I had left it so long. Now she got it out, and im grateful but it was negated by the fact that when I called to check on the status of it, she rudely said it had been ready for a while. When I told her I hadn’t received a call or text to say it was ready, she said they only call if there’s a problem. Initially when I dropped it off she gave me a rough estimate of when it would be ready but didn’t mention that they don’t call/text when it’s ready. Therefore I assumed because I had said no rush they were working on more higher priority items. They have a 30 day policy where if it’s not claimed they can sell it to “reimburse themselves.” I paid 800$ for this dress originally and it’s very cheeky that they don’t call to let you know that it’s ready when they don’t give a specific date. I will not be returning here.
