The staff here is amazing! I hardly ever make an appointment because everyone here does great nails. Nene and all the technicians are all highly skilled in SNS. They always use the calcium base that many other places don’t use causing the nails to be brittle and break or split in under two weeks. This is the only location that I can go to that my nails can last three weeks with me lifting suitcases and backpacks and such!

I have been coming here for a year now after dumping my old salon! I absolutely love Dorothy and Jarvis!! Dorothy is a great nail tech! And Tina! Jarvis works the front desk and is very accommodating on busy days! I tried Peter for the first time today and he did amazing on my nails!! I highly recommend these individuals

I had an incredible experience at this nail salon! The staff was friendly and attentive, making sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. The salon's atmosphere was relaxing and clean, creating the perfect setting for a pampering session. The nail technician Peter displayed impressive skill, paying meticulous attention to detail and delivering flawless results. My nails look stunning, and the wide range of colors and designs they offered was impressive. I'm already looking forward to my next visit to this top-notch nail salon!

I've been trying to get a refund for a horrible gel manicure. It bubbled and chipped less than 48 hours in on multiple nails. I was patient and they offered to fix them. Within 48 hours of the redo multiple nails were chipped again. Cuticles were hang nailed,paint wasn't at the back of nail, I work from home. I've never had these issues before. I called to ask for a refund. They promised to have the manager call me and this has yet to happen. When I called Dorthy hung up the phone on me when I asked when the manager would call after waiting days. (Pic is about 24 hours in) Their response below was after they said they'd give me a refund if I took my truthful and accurate review down. Do you want to get your nails done at a place that threatens legal action over an accurate review?

Lacking any lush… Not worth it. I took a friend from out of town with me (both our manicures shown). First red flag, the place was not busy at all on a Friday before a holiday. Second, the place uses some cheap polish brand (No OPI or Essie gel). Third red flag, we’re motioned to go to the pedicure chairs by the window which weren’t cleaned yet and mysterious spill on the floor by the chairs we sat in. We walked to the other side by the window. We’re asked what service we’d like from a menu that has NO descriptions and the techs immediately upsold us to a deluxe and gave us vague descriptions of the packages. My friend had the pink nails. They redid hers bc the tech filed it off then tired to tell her that she smudged it…. Impossible since she had already gone under the light for gel. We were told that we needed 3 coats, seemed like a lot. It definitely was (see photos)! $87 and $93 down the drain. If we weren’t running behind so much then we’d have them take it off. We’ll be going to my normal place tomorrow to get a polish change since this looks AWEFUL.
