Luanne's Route 68 Food & Spirits

My husband and I got food here and it was surprisingly delicious. I got LuLu fries. The portion was quite generous. The toppings were freshly chopped. The potatoes were perfectly cooked. One word, delicious sums up the fries. We also ordered their fish sandwich special and the portion was enormous. I got 4 sandwiches out of a $7.50 special. I would recommend trying Luannes if you enjoy good, hearty American food. They have a variety of foods. I look forward to trying more. The staff were rather busy and still manged to take care of me as promptly as they could. Try them out. They're excellent.

I would give this place 11/10 stars if I could!!! Vanessa makes the best long islands. She works so hard and is so on top of everything all the time. Food is amazing. Get the Cajun curly fries and try their awesome bleu cheese dressing. Love Luanne's ?? ???? ???? ?? ???? ???? ?? ???? ???? ??

Good atmosphere and good food, however terrible service! We were there last Friday. I watched as our food sat in the window waiting to be served for about 10 minutes no exaggeration. The server had a poor attitude and didn’t even apologize when we confronted her about the wait time. She blamed it on the kitchen however I personally saw our food up just waiting to be served. She was slow and had poor work ethic. Attitude was less than desirable. I would consider coming back as long as she was not working. Her name was either Madison or Madalyn, something along those lines.

Make sure to call ahead! My wife and I got their fish sandwich and their LuLu Fries. The food was delicious and generous in portion size. We we're able to get two meals out of it. Their prices are fair. You get a lot for your dollar. Highly recommend.

I like Luanne's and I've had good food there in the past. This time I got a cheeseburger. The burger was big but sometimes the meat can be too lean, a little dry. Plus not seasoned, a little salt & pepper, garlic powder goes a long way. The cheese Fry's were on point. Beer was cold. Service was good. It's still a good stop. Stop here if you're on route 68.
