The moment I walked in, the staff were so welcoming and friendly. The service was amazing! The lady who did my hair was very attentive and gentle with it. When it was time to wash my hair, I almost fell asleep because it was so relaxing, and she always managed to massaged the right place. I would 100% recommend and would come again.

WORST EXPERIENCE AND HAIR TRIM EVER. whatever you do, do NOT go here. I asked for a BASIC trim and even CONFIRMED the length and the lady chopped off all my hair... She proceeded to gaslight me into thinking I "needed" it for healthier hair after she made this mistake. She put all my hair in the back when she was cutting it so I couldn't even correct her before all of it was gone. It would have been better to trim my hair at home. NEVER coming here again. You would think a hair dresser would know how to at least cut hair or follow basic instructions but no one here knows how to do anything. I've gotten my hair cut and dyed here before too and they were all average at best. I never walked away amazed from anything because they are all horrible at their job. Horrible customer service and bad attitude. Save your money and time and go somewhere else. I will never tell anyone to support this business.

Warning for others to heed my experience and do your research. The salon is clean and the ladies are nice, but not all of them can cut hair. I’m a master cosmetologist. I had healthy long hair to my lower back that took me years to grow. I requested a trim for the dead ends and showed pictures of the Korean long layered curtain bangs style that I normally get. The older lady who cut my hair was very sweet, but she shouldn’t have accepted to cut my hair if she was unfamiliar with the style that I had requested. As you can see from the photos, my hair was completely botched to say the least. I got home and cried. I was appalled that she let me leave the salon with uneven, choppy hair and no blending. I specifically emphasized multiple times to keep my hair long. I even felt the scissors on my back and told her she was cutting too short. She argued and said “it’s what you requested.” Theresa was very kind to fix the haircut, but in total I lost 8 inches in length… not at all what I had requested. It will take over a year to grow back out. My hair is now slightly past the shoulders and I’m so disappointed.

I went to this salon twice, both times I got a haircut from Don. I gave him a very good explanation of what I wanted, and I even showed him pictures. Both times, I left the salon unhappy with what I got. He does one type of haircut everytime, and he is not flexible. The way he cuts hair is the same, and usually he is unable to meet your demands. I would not recommend going to this place for a haircut.

?????????? I recently got highlights done and had such a great experience! My stylist was Vanny and she really took her time to make sure everything came out perfectly. I appreciated her attention to detail and the care she put into the whole process. I left feeling so happy with the results and truly enjoyed the entire experience. Highly recommend!
