Lincoln Lawns Motel

Worst week of my life. I've never been to a motel / hotel as bad as this one in my entire life. I was given the room, 12B. Let me tell you about some of the commodities. When you book the room, He gives you ten minutes to make up your mind on the room and get back to the office  in order to get your money back if you desire. Not enough time to make an educated decision. Took me about that amount of time to just find the light switch. Which takes me to the electrical, it's terrible and has shorts on the outlets. Fondling with the plugs excessively to get them to work. The light bulbs are faded and old.. barely can see when all of them are on. No heat option at all. It was freezing inside.. warmer outside than in the room. A small broken space heater was included but didn't work. The refrigerator temp gauge was broken in one position where it's unchangeable. Kept all my food items at room temperature. The walk in shower leaked beyond the curb and all over the floor. The dresser had three handles missing and couldn't open them. Also the bathroom door had large holes in it. Looked like there was a fight that broke out in there. On top of all of that. The whole place was incredibly dusty and dirty everywhere. Mold and water damage.

My boyfriend and I have been living here for over a year and we haven't had any problems or issues with anyone or anything. We were in an upstairs room but asked to move to a lower one and there wasn't any hesitation from the manager. The whole family is very friendly. Full sized fridge and stove with little cabinet space is nice to have with how expensive everything is now. Reasonably priced considering everything is included.

My Husband and I have stayed here for quite some time. And really it's a decent place the owners don't mess with you as long as you don't mess with you as long as you play by the rules. Plus WE MIND OUR OWN BUSINESS!!! Yes they have a kitchen!! They are older style rooms but so far so good. NO BUGS . That Is the biggest thing when I stay somewhere. Thankfully they are clean . Because we are clean ????????

Staff fair and friendly enough. Found myself here during a particularly hard time in my life and was left alone and found mostly peace and quiet. There IS NOT bugs here unless u count the occasional house spider. So the reviews saying otherwise are lying quite frankly.

I stayed here a few times, months at a time, been in 4 different rooms, the rooms are spacious with full size fridge oven and kitchen sink, plus management is awesome, best in town!!
