typically go elsewhere but had to change plans last minute. Had to ask the man foing my pedicure to scrub again, then they cut deep into my nail, polish is lumpy - quoted price over phone & gave the run around in person when trying to pay after the price jumped $20. I guess i didn’t give her time to “say the discount”.

Loved this place! Dao did an amazing job fixing another nail salons work. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. Pedicure was awesome and the prices are THE BEST in northwest IL! Don't let the amazing prices detour you, their quality is excellent! Highly recommend! Call for an appointment because they do get busy :-)

What I asked vs what i got I've asked for gel french nail not baby nails polish when i saw he only applied nail polish told him I don’t want the french any more so i didn’t wanted to complain cause they were busy

They were super nice, but the girl did an OK job honestly . I asked for almond shape I had to come home and reshape them. Nail take off, manicure, dip 90$ 5$ discount because full manicure was not given. Definitely will give it another shot with another manicurist because it is walking distance from my house.

Holly has been doing my nails for years now and I couldn’t be more satisfied. I get no chip manicures and occasionally pedicures and my nails always last long and I get a lot of compliments. Really high quality work and kind people. My mom has been getting her nails done with Tina for a long time too and is always happy. I have brought a few friends with me over the years and everyone loves this place. Highly recommend!
