Lee's Garden Chinese Restaurant

I’ve been a loyal customer at this establishment for many years and visit frequently. On my most recent visit, I ordered the eggplant with garlic sauce and took it to my car to eat. Unfortunately, the dish was cold, so I brought it back inside and politely asked if I could exchange it for a different item. The staff member informed me that exchanges were not allowed but offered to reheat it in the microwave. I declined, explaining that I would prefer to switch to another dish. She eventually agreed, but instead of a full replacement, she only added three small pieces of a different meat to my original container. I found this disappointing, especially considering I had spent around $20 for a three-item combo. I’ve always enjoyed coming here, but this experience made me feel that the business is becoming unnecessarily strict and stingy with portions and service. Unfortunately, I’ll be taking a break from visiting for a while.

They’re misleading customers. The combo is advertised at $11.99, but nowhere do they mention that choosing pork adds an extra 50 cents, and opting for noodles costs an additional 50 cents. It’s not about the money—it’s the lack of transparency that makes me question their pricing, especially when the receipt conveniently glosses over those charges.

Again ask for 2 hot sauce for 2 people eating and the workers only give you 1 wend I ask for 2. Then after I s3d I ask for 2 she ask me to pay for it. Why not charge all at ones wend we paying why dont say anything about it instead of just not giving us what we ask for. The the cups are super small half the size from other restaurants...but I see here in the comments thas a problem here ....not good service

Poor customer service, and they always try to force a tip out of you, when you pay for your food with your debit card, in the middle of the transaction they take the card reader from you while your trying to complete pay ment the cashier manipulates the reader to where you have to give them a tip. The lady says leave big tip, that kinda bs makes me not wanna come here, and I been comming here for years

They have come along way as far as customer service. They us to be so rude to people. But I must say they are doing much better.
