ABSOLUTELY THE WORST!!! NASTY MEAN PEOPLE!!! BAD AND HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! AIR BUBBLES IN MY POLISH ON TOES!! the guy that did my nails was absolutely rude and very mean... i asked for basic pedicure ...,, he said and i quote " i knew you was gonna do basic u probably want regular polish too" wow wow wow i was soo angry but i held it together cause im leaving out of town and needed my pedicure bad...i will never return and i suggest EVERYONE PLEASE DONT GO HERE !! I WISH I COULD RATE 0 ZERO STARS !!

Took my daughter to get her nails done for her birthday and the nail techs rushed through our nails so fast they were bumpy and uneven and we were done in 20 minutes. When I would try to say what I wanted or asked for something the woman would just reply with “I know”. Did a simple heart she had to wipe it off 3 times and still looks like a 3yo did my nails. I will never return there.

I paid $50 to have my nails done on Saturday, August 28th. Today’s date is Thursday, September 2nd, and 8 out of 10 nails are lifting. They are very thick on the cuticle line, lots of air bubbles in the clear gloss because it was applied EXTREMELY thick, and the tips are detecting from my real finger nail tip, and when she put the tips on she glued my finger tip skin the the bottom of the tip. The older lady who did mine was not personable at all, and actually quite rough during the whole experience. She cut my finger on the cuticle line with her drill and didn’t say anything when it was clearly bleeding. Save your time, and grief and go to a true nail salon. This is not worth it.

Worst place ever! They messed up my cousins and my nails. Hers are crooked and wiggle. For mine they put the glue on so hard it hurts to type this. Please don’t come here. The service it terrible bye the way. I tried to tell the guy that did my nails to be careful with putting them on and lord he pushed that glue done harder than I could ever imagine. They’re terrible at doing coats on your nails. I can see through my nail. But please for your own good or kids please go to a damn Walmart anywhere but here.

I enjoyed the message chair very much. The older gentleman who worked on my feet was very thorough. The only thing is that he painted my big toenails to thick. A few hours later I went to put on some shoes and the polish completely messed. I had to find a different color to paint them. I didn't care though. Today is my birthday and I just wanted everything to go smoothly.
