Laz's Cuban Cafe - Fort Wayne

Stopped in to try a their traditional Cuban sandwich and it was amazing. Huge sandwich and great flavors. Bright and welcoming atmosphere and friendly staff. Definitely highly recommended. Can’t wait to come back and try more items from their menu and of course the coffee!

Tried the loaded breakfast sandwich and was not disappointed! This place is cute inside and very unique to the area. Great Cuban coffee, desserts, and sandwiches. Lots of parking available, give this a try for lunch next time you’re in the area!!

My new favorite.Sandwhiches are awesome! Also have had plantains, yucca and empanadas,all very good.Try and have other entree's and their excellent coffee and desserts.I tried "ropa vieja" and was so good.Wilson, the owner and his staff Jose and Jasmine are so nice and welcoming.They will help you practice your Spanish! Nice cuban music playing and a charming space that will make you want to visit Havana.

I only came up to the shopping mall to go to the post office but then I saw this Cuban restaurant and I was already hungry and I love a good Cubano. I ended up trying the Pan con Lechon which pretty much saved my life, it was that amazing!! I wasn't on my phone or with anybody so I just delighted in the flavor of this sandwich. Then I took home a Tres Leches and holy shit it's soo good! I have had some sad and dry tres leches but this one is soaked and delicious as it should be!! Also they have great music playing at a good background volume but still enough to hear the music. The restaurant is very clean and well kept, and the employees are helpful with a friendly smile. I'm definitely coming back here sometime soon to try their other food options!!

We stopped by Laz' Cuban Cafe for dinner. We got the classic Cuban Sandwiches, Coke made with real sugar, and some cake. Service was friendly and was able to answer questions and make recommendations. The dining room is very spacious and each table is decorated.
