Lavou lounge

Lost my wallet here — not blaming them for the loss itself — but the lack of communication is crazy. No one answers the phone. I even got the owner’s number and he never responds. He gave me his number personally but ended up blocking me? Multiple people tried contacting him on my behalf and still nothing. I came up to the lounge and was told to wait until the cleaners came, and here we are a week later with zero follow-up from the owner or staff. Paid $20+ just to get in, and the bare minimum should be communication. Very disappointing.

Needs a new Dj ... let's start there . The bartender was not friendly at at ... she was so busy being rude that she didn't even pay attention when the told to the liquor bottle was placed on my drink ...when I mentioned it to someone working there she was very rude and had attitude... there is NO PARKING for this establishment. If you park anywhere in the parking lot you will be TOWED . There are NO signs that say no parking either . Tow company wasn't any help either $335 if you park in parking lot . They have a contract with the building !!!! A scheme overall 0 stars . Do better Nashville

The atmosphere was cool, nice servers. Only thing that was a complete upset was the rudeness of the security guard. He tried to charge me extra to pat down me and my homeboy after we had paid to get in. That was complete BS. I know some security guards have there own way of securing that place, but charging people extra to get back in after that had already paid is ridiculous... Safe to say I won't be returning and don't advise anyone who who isn't going to stay in the lounge the whole time to go cause they charge to get back in.
