Lava Car Wash

Price is good. Does kot close at 8pm ot closes at 7. Was not able to finished vacuuming. Was not given a heads up that they were going to shut down the machines.

They have horrible customer service. There was a side full of soap. They never know what to do. They don't even try to give you a refund. They should try to make it better with all customers they have . It real bad.

Today at the Lava Express Car Wash my side step was damaged. The manager denied that it happened there and would not give a number to call the owner and claimed that that they didn't carry insurance. Very bad customer service.

Friendly place is always clean and organized, great place to clean your vehicles, especially if you're on the highway alot and you get many bugs on the grill and all over front of the vehicle, you can pre treat those areas before washing. Clean restrooms ????

I spend 5 dollar and the soap never coming out they not give return my money back
