Terrible service & people! I went for a special occasion. I called ahead of time & set an appointment. “Lyle” which who I believe is in charge had an attitude the entire time because she had to stop doing her own nails to service me. Then she told someone to polish them & that person did a horrible job as if she just started polishing nails. But of course if you’re white they will cater to your every need & talk about you to them, as I saw her do to the woman she was servicing after I had to come back for them to finish mess they made prior! Smh NAIL SPA 27 is better! I only went there because I was going to another place nearby. I haven’t been to them since I moved out of mid city, now I remember the reason why!

Best place I’ve ever got my nails done. Reasonable price with the best artists of them all! You cannot get better thank this salon. Every single person is an artist and does an amazing, I repeat, AMAZING job. You won’t regret it.

Very Nice Customer Service and good service.I just didn’t like the fact that 4 black young ladies was in the shop before me on New Year’s Eve. They were getting pedicure., and nails done. By the time he took me , you could just see they were up to something. After a few minutes later the owner asked for them to pay. Two of the them went to the restroom and the other two went outside in disappearance, then the other two ladies said we going to get their money and ran out the door . Everyone was stunned and surprised . People please be careful.

I especially love Karen???? although everyone is so kind and efficient… I’ve never had to wait long or complain The atmosphere is clean and welcoming As long as they’re open I’ll be a dedicated customer ✌????

I frequent here because they accommodate you with timing however, yesterday I had the owner do my nails and let’s begin with the fact that she wasn’t the friendliest. No hello no personality no anything. As an owner of a company, which I am, one should be welcoming and friendly. Maybe she was having a bad day! I went on to get a full set and when asked what color I was questioned after I stated the two colors I wanted. The nail polish i had before (red) wasn’t fully removed and nails aren’t fully covered. This is a half done job. Then to make matters worst, this is what I came home to. I felt like I couldn’t speak up because of the attitude she was giving me. I’m writing this review to make others aware of the service and attitude she provides. Note to self- I’ll never be going back there again.
