$20 and NO WASH! Selected ultimate wash and put in $20 cash today because card reader wasn’t working and it took the money and didn’t give a wash. Didn’t return money. Complete scam. Called number posted several times and left a message and no response.

I stopped in to spray road salt off of my car. After swiping my card for a 3.00 car wash, I began spraying my car off, not even using the soap brush. I waited for the beeping sound that I expected to hear when the wash was coming to an end, instead I then see the minutes are continually running. I turned the washer to off position trying to stop the counter. It continued! The next day, I was charged 20.00 for my 3.00 car wash. Beware of this place.

I've used the manual wash bays before, and they're generally alright – provided nobody has previously used the bay to wash a few cubic yards of mud off their vehicle... The manual bay prices seem okay. But the amount of time you get flies by! The automatic wash lanes are in serious need of TLC... Only two of three lanes are in operation presently, and all three have issues reading cards for payment. Just today, I paid for their "Works" wash, which was supposed to include (among other things) a wheel wash, rocker panel blast, and an underbody wash. I received none of those services as the lane I used did not operate the nozzles meant to apply those washes at all. Then, I was supposed to get a double pass of soap. It did perform two passes, but the pressure with which the arms sprayed soap didn't fully coat my vehicle as a result of BOTH passes... which also meant, the foam polish and clear coat protectants didn't really get applied correctly either. The only part of my wash today that appeared to function correctly was the rinse cycle – which had no differentiation between the normal rinse and the advertised spot-free rinse. Lastly, NONE of the lanes have a functional display timer for the air driers. So you are all but guaranteed to drive away with a wet vehicle upon completion of your chosen wash. Calling the listed phone number to report an issue such as these, or notify of nonfunctionality, leads to a number disconnected message. Such a shame that the owner(s) of this location have only (in approximately the last calendar year) spent money on their roadside signage – and only after it spent many months functioning incorrectly, to boot. I wish I could leave a better review, as this is the only location in town NOT using automated, spinning brushes. Every other location in town does. And even though I'd rather avoid them to mitigate risk of the brushes and pads damaging my paint job, I'm going to start taking my business elsewhere for the times I dont want to manually clean my vehicle.

I went there today 10/16/2026 at 11:05am and paid for the works car wash, It was the worst car wash I’ve ever had for a automatic car wash hardly any soap used on my car and my windshield was just as dirty when it got done. Stopped at the office and no one there then called there phone to complain and the phone number had been changed to a unpublished number I can see why. Very Terrible Experience!!!!

Washed my pickup in manual both taking 5 minutes to wash off grain dust. My card was charged $20. That is a sure rip-off. Never going there again. Addendum: probably harsh words used and I should have chose proper channels first. The property owner was quick to respond and resolved the issue with full refund. I only expected a partial. Have always used this wash always happy with facility. Thank you owners for resolving issue promptly!
