Lansing Nails Spa

First time visiting this nail shop. The nail tech who did my pedicure was great. When she was done she told me to sit with another nail tech who was the owner. I found this out later. As soon as I sat down I told him multiple times I did not want the electric file used on my nails. I said please just buff them. He acted like he knew what I stated. He proceeded to do the powder manicure and when he was done he took out the electric file to use on my nails and I rejected. He would not listen and said he would gently do it and I said no again. He stated he was the owner and he knew what he was doing. After back and forth words he angrily got up and spoke taiwanese to the tech who did my my pedicure and walked out to the back of the salon. I then had to open Google translate to let her know what I originally stated to him. She was apologetic and finished the job. I stated that if he felt the need to use the electric file I could have gotten a no chip or regular polish. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!! ????

Was looking for a new salon in my area. This place was just okay. I opted not to get the gel polish. Tech assured me my pedicure was dry and I ended up with messed up polish. Not cool considering it was $50 for a manicure and pedicure and I didn't get my nails polished. Won't return.

Paid $80 dollars plus tip for my granddaughters to have their nails done for a wedding this weekend! My one granddaughters nails were fine but the guy that did my other granddaughters was in a hurry and didn’t GAF !!! I will NEVER return here !! Sickening!!! $80 for a 10 and 4 year old to have over 1/2 of the no chip not stay ! They owe me my $$ back !!!

I’ve been here a total of maybe 4 times I was happy up until today please pay attention to prices they don’t speak good English so I was told I had a no chip on my feet which I have never done in my life it was always regular polish on my toes no chip on my hands they charged me to remove polish from my toes that I didn’t know I had until the lady finished it went from $50 to $55 thank god I had money in my purse that wasn’t mine I will not be back
