Max who runs the hotel maybe he owns it I don't know. He's a nice guy I like the way he thinks. Now it was the cheapest room we could find. There is no longer any weekly or monthly rates. Those people have moved out. Just take a look at the rooms first. Think about how little you are paying compare to the other hotels at the same time of year. We have stayed there multiple times. And I believe the hotel is improving. Once again at $40 out of season with two beds and away from Branson Missouri traffic. Face it Branson Missouri has traffic year-round. This place is close to silver Dollar City. There was no room service out of season. What you want it to exchange down to the lobby. The walls are thinner it's an older hot

I really enjoyed speaking with the owner's. He is very kind and business oriented can learn alot from him. She was just a ray of su shine Her smile and her kindness added to proficiency make the perfect host.

If you can go anywhere else I recommend you try that 1st, don't give your money to these people. The owners take advantage of the lower income families because they don't have many choices. It's really sad to see. They charge so much money but refuse to update any of the rooms....They have the bare minimum in them and are NOT even clean. It's wrong on so many levels.

The rooms are smelly I stayed 2-nights & the owner was very unhelpful I asked for towels & toilet paper I had to go to Walmart & buy my own THIS IS A VERY LOUSY HOTEL DON'T COME HERE!!!!!????

the rooms had holes all in the walls ???? and missing door knobs in bathroom musty smelling odor ????don't ever come here the people living here rude & hateful & that's being nice I REPEAT DON'T EVER COME HERE
