Lake Windcrest Cleaners

Shockingly poor results. I took my silk curtains here once before and they came back looking great. This second time I brought them and they look awful. No apology. No explanation. Horrible. I’ll never be back and I’ll never recommend them. Beware.

CANNOT COMPREHEND HEAVY STARCH!!! Had issues last time with getting. Jeans back and nowhere near even medium starched. Have used them for a couple years and have had several issues getting brand new jeans back missing buttons. Showed them the blue tag still on jeans that weren’t heavy starched and told them I want them to stand up on their own if I need to pay extra I will. Went back today to brand new jeans with uneven creases one back pocket creased one not. Starch is still not heavy starch and didn’t press the waistband. Have wrinkles now pressed into next worn jeans. Avoid this place like the plague if you are wanting heavy starched jeans they cannot comprehend it.

DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR CLOTHES!! I should have read the reviews before I brought an expensive dress in. They somehow turned it, along with a pair of my mom’s white pants, pink!!! And they told us it was not their fault!!!! Read the reviews on Yelp to see for yourself because they have less than 1.5 stars. I added before and after photos for reference.

Finally!! RJ FOR THE WIN!! We have used LW Cleaners for year's despite the fact the customer service was simply awful. Since dealing with RJ we are happy to continue taking out cleaning there, as opposed to simply having our laundry needs handled by the closest cleaners.

I have dry cleaning done and they are great! Great customer service and the drive through is the game changer! Highly Reccommend.
