L&L Massage Spa

Unfortunately this was a very uncomfortable experience for me. When I came in I was greeted and told to pre pay. I paid in cash. I got led to a room that had two doors. The second door was open and led right behind the front desk where everyone walked in. It had a curtain over it. The owner sounded angry and annoyed I was there, and the second door leading out to the front desk was open. The walls were very thin so I could hear everything. I didn’t get a chance to even take off all my layers before she came in. I said I need a few more minutes. There was no blanket or sheet to get under so I would just be laying naked. I asked her do I just lay naked here? She said no. She just kept saying “change” “change”. Rushing me to change but she would not give me time or privacy. I asked if she can turn on the heater because it was cold and she did. She told me to move my stuff off the chair I had all my belongings on, and I did. There were two wall hangers. I hung up my coat and she walks over and moves it and tells me I can’t hang it on this hanger either and it ended up falling from the second hanger. I felt very rushed, annoyed at, and not relaxed. I asked her for some privacy so I can change and she just stared at me. I motioned to her that I want to change and she didn’t get it and just kept saying “change.” At that point I was feeling uncomfortable. I was there for no more than 2 minutes. Between her being angry and annoyed at me, to the door being open to the front desk in my room and the lack of privacy. I asked her for a refund and left. I did not feel safe or relaxed here sadly. The reviews are so good too! I’d rather bring my money elsewhere

Went for couple massage. It was great! This place is clean, staff is nice and welcoming. We both had great massages.

Stay away from this location!!! Stopped in for a 135 pm massage for 1 hour for 90 minutes foot and leg massage at $100 and asked to pay before massage. Then before the massage started, the masseuse asked me to tip more when the massage was done! Concerned as I hadn't tipped yet I asked her what she was talking about and she said I should tip 30% after the massage which was crazy as I hadn't even had the massage yet as she said I was a strong guy. Highly suspicious and will be reporting to the Better Business Bureau. I asked for my refund and was told it would take two days to get my money back via credit card! Insane!

So we arrived for a couples. Needless to say one lady talked for 30min thru the 1 hour massage. That was very annoying and couldn't really get into a zen of life from hearing her continuously talk to the other masseuse. We both felt rushed and I wish I just booked an 30min session because it wasn't worth laying there for an entire hour. PS they also had the nerve to ask not only me, but my guest for a tip!!!! TIP THESE....????????
