Kyle's Car Wash

If I could give this zero stars I would. Almost didn't go because of a previous bad experience, but thought I'd try again. The car wash almost ripped my back windshield wiper off, and the token for free vacuums was only half the amount needed to start the vacuums. I added more money and when the vacuum started it had no suction whatsoever. Total waste of time and money. I learned my lesson and won't be back. Edited to add photo of how the car wash "cleaned" the back of my car.

I did the auto wash and the stop sensor didn't go off till after I was past it and I called the number that is on the door asking for a refund since I wasted 10 dallors on their messed up carwash and had to spend more money on the self wash to rinse the soap off the rear end of my car.I left a very clear voice mail of my name and number and what happened. This happened on November 18th. And still no response.

Terrible experience. I knew better than to come here. I went through the car wash and purchased the most expensive one. It says you get a free token for the vacuums, but no token when I pushed the button. No big deal. Finish the car wash and went around to vacuum my car. I put two dollars in and it was over after what seemed like a minute so I put a five dollar bill in the token machine. I go back to the vacuum and put in 4 of the tokens. Takes the first one, but doesn’t register I have inserted the rest. The vacuum never started. Complete waste of money. Very disappointed.

First time I noticed the discount Tuesday wash, so I thought I would give it a try. The soap was out! The automatic wash sprayed water on my car, tried to spit out soap (which seemed empty), then scrubbed my car. Didn't help and it was a highly aggravating situation.

Horrible experience! I've gone through there multiple times before and didn't have any issues with it damaging my car. However this last time I went though it curbed my wheels and almost ripped the front drivers fender off. Not to mention that the most expensive package never cleans the whole car. Please never go here. These people need to be sued
