Kx Car Wash

I think this was genuinely the worst service I've received at a business, ever. I don't think I've ever left a 1-star review somewhere until now. I took my car in for a outside + inside wash and detailing. Leon, the guy who did the wash, waves me over, tells me he's all done, and asks "so do you like it?" I look in, and there are black streaks ALL OVER my white seats. All 5 seats. The largest was probably 1/2in wide, and 2ft long. Impossible to miss before or after. He's acting like he doesn't even see them. I point them all out, and he acts like he hadn't seen them. He tells me they must've been there before, tells me they were from the pants I was wearing, etc. Again, this is covering all 5 seats. He continues to insist that they were there before, swearing and raising his voice. Eventually he says he'll try to get it out, but still insists they were my fault and there before. He scrubs the seats, and really just moves the stain around, all over the white seats. Periodically he asks me if it's all good now. Nowhere close. I think this went on for nearly an hour. I was there for about 2 in total. I felt like I was the butt of a sitcom skit or something! Finally I managed to convince him to let somebody else take a look at it. Tyler comes over and is immediately very friendly. He says he doesn't know what happened or who did it, but says he can get it out no problem. He grabs a few products and starts making real progress getting the stains out. Leon is still swearing, saying they were there before, etc. Tyler eventually gets tired of this and tells him "you did this." He shuts up and mumbles what I think was an apology to Tyler. Finally, nearly 2 hours in, Tyler manages to get my seats looking like they were. He makes very certain there aren't any missed spots, asks me to look around, etc. Great service and prideful work from him. I got back after this unbelievable series of events, and realized the outside carwash from Leon wasn't even good! There are multiple spots left on my car that he missed. So: I'm extremely thankful for Tyler's help and professionalism. He's a stand-up, honest guy who I'd absolutely trust to work on my car. He said he also does tints next door at Mystery Tintress. Check out his work if you need it! However, I would never recommend Kx Car Wash to anybody, nor will I be back. Any chance of having to deal with all of this from Leon is not worth it. Even if he hadn't damaged my car and tried to gaslight me, the wash wasn't even good in the first place!

Came here 2x during normal posted operating hours and was not serviced. Lazy workers. I ended up getting a car washing membership elsewhere.

It was so scary that the man kept checking his phone. I had to tell him to clean some places. He did a half-baked job. I pointed out the parts that he told me were dusty. I told him you did not touch all these parts. Plus he had the nerve to get an attitude. NO TIPS FOR YOU!!!!!!!!!! The owner saw that I was not satisfied and came to help, but did not stay to see the end of the work. Even though he had not done his job properly, he also asked for forgiveness tips.

Best carwash in the city!!! Even when they are short staffed they get the job done ????

Wish I took pics. The location itself is filthy. I paid almost $50. Got home and immediately had to wipe the entire car down and interior because of water marks and missed areas.
