Koehler's Homestyle Laundry

I go in here a lot and usually a lady named Pam is working and she is so sweet and nice. I went in last night and another lady was working around 6pm or so and she was the meanest and rudest person. I was so very uncomfortable just waiting on my laundry to dry. I will never go back unless I call first and make sure Pam is working. That was a terrible and almost scary experience.

If I could give a zero I would just because the lady that was working there today is mean and nasty. I do laundry here often, but not after the way I was talked to today.

I see alot of posts talking about poor customer service, washers and dryers not working, change machine not working. To elaborate, the change machine can be temperamental but if you just try your bill a few times it will take it. If I were to put a percentage on working/non working equipment I would say in my experience at minimum there is 80% of their washers and dryers working. They mostly go down because of improper use by customers, not due to junk equipment. Again this is just my experience and point of view. Overall it's safe, convenient and clean.

The dryers suck... Had to go dry 1 outfit...35 min...still not dry and no wasn't jeans..leggings and a T-shirt...this place needs to close or get better equipment

***Beware*** Absolutely horrible customer service ! Stopped in because I am fairly new to Owensboro and wanted to see if they had a drop off service . When I walked in the place was completely empty. I started to ask the attendant question about the service . She was clearly annoyed by me (a customer ) coming in asking questions so to make it easy for the both of us I offered to bring in my load of clothing in order to get a price . She looked at me and said " you will have to wait I'm busy " she preceeded to make her coffee and I looked around in utter disbelief ???????????? I told her that was rude and I will just go somewhere else. She put her hand in the air and said "psssshhht" whatever that means lol She clearly got up this morning to make this business money and I was there to spend mine so I'm not very sure where the disconnect was but oh well
