KOBE - Japanese House of Steak & Seafood

Great show and top-notch service!!! We did have a 30-minute wait to be seated, but trust when when I say... it's worth the wait! Best fried rice I have had in many years!

This place is stale and old. There is no show. There is no wait. There is no sushi. There is no customer service. The staff all look worn out and bring the same energy to the table. Waitress flops the tray down and takes the orders. Food is prepared with no flare. I asked for steak and scallop. Received shrimp and scallops. Informed the order had been made and I could add a steak. Whatever. The atmosphere had already ruined the meal before the chef could. Save your money and enjoy the mall.

Upon walking with my gf it was immaculate everything was perfect. The cleanliness was perfect the staff was amazing and the waitress couldn’t have been any better. The eating area was well kept clean and organized as well. The ordering of the food was simple and easy as could be. And when it was time for the food to be made everything was made perfectly with no issues or error. If you know anyone who has the money I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR SURE!!

We went here because we are staying at the hotel next door for work. One of the guys mentioned Japanese and it was a nice break from the norm. We were the first four at our table, so we probably had to wait about 30 minutes for the table to fill before the chef started. That was probably the only downside. Two more people showed up about 10 minutes after us, and the final four arrived about 30 minutes after we did. The chef was entertaining and the food was good. If you were looking for a performance, I wouldn't say this was my best experience, but I was just going to have a good meal. If I had to rank this among all the Japanese steakhouses, and hibachi steakhouses I've been to, I would put it squarely in the middle. I would give it a 5 out of 10.

Great environment, and service. Even with a long wait time, the community area by the bar is spectacular. Great place to congregate, talk and laugh with your family and friends while waiting. “ you MUST try their Amaretta Sour, at the bar.” Always have a great time here and we look forward to coming back again.
