Kim Nails

This is the third time I have gone in and had issues with my nails. The last two time they popped off like they were press on nails within a week. So this time I asked for someone else, I still got Cassie and her solution to my nails popping off was globing on the acrylic. None of my nails are the same length, none of them are evenly filed, they are all different shapes. And when I asked her to fix it she fixed my pinky fingers then charged me an additional 5.00 to fix her horrible job. Then for my pedicure she clipped my nails, barely rubbed sugar scrub on my calfs, rinsed them and painted my nails. I’m sorry but that is not a 50.00 pedicure. I have been coming here a long time with my mom, and my daughter…..none of us will be coming back!

I went in to do nails done and I noticed that my little toe nail was half done!! When I got my nail done the girl made me bleed. I love my nails got get wrong but the lady should have had more grace when working with edges of the finger nail. I hope it doesn't cause an infection from the Dremel

Awful customer service. Went in wanting a simple black and white square full set. Walked out with a bubbly flat nail set and they look like s**t. What a waste of money. I have pretty cut up hands due to a medical condition & I’m positive multiple times they were laughing at me. I will never be back.

I see Jade at this salon. She is wonderful. Very friendly and does excellent nail art. I love it there.

Meh, I'm unimpressed. And regretful that I didn't just go to my usual spot, but I wanted to try some place closer to work out. I got a manicure which they immediately tried to upgrade to gel, and I agreed. They didn't have me wash my hands before we started. My left hand was soaked for literally 15 seconds before she began working on it. 3 of my fingers were cut during a basic manicure. Dusty, separated nail polish bottles on the rack to choose from. I have rough edges I have to file down myself at home. There's nail polish on my skin. The massage was 10 seconds of hand rubbing, switch hands, repeat and done. When I agreed to gel, I decided to get black with a glitter ombre on the thumb. The tech told me this wouldn't look good and tried to get me to do ombre on all the fingers, then ignored my question when I asked what the additional cost for that would be. I ended up with black nails and a glitter accent nail, which does look ok despite the strong 2015 vibes. The entire thing felt very rushed, half done, and like they were disappointed I wasn't spending more money. Overall, I prefer my manicures to have more massage and soaking length time than time spent discussing how bad my cuticles are, so this place isn't for me.
