Keno's Sports Bar

Been going to this restaurant bar and grill for 20 plus years, in our city of Buena Park California. Very nice people who run Kenos, are very hospitable and all of the management and waiters are always excellent on taking care of you. Also, their chefs and Cooks are excellent in preparing the food, and if it isn't done well or there's a problem, they will definitely correct it. But we've never run into that problem with food. It's always as the way you want it cooked and delicious. There is a family restaurant in front of the bar area, so if you have your family with you, there's plenty of room booths and tables in the front part of the restaurant. Restaurant. Definitely recommend Kenos, Not only for food and atmosphere, you can play Keno and other gambling-type games while in the restaurant.

Came for Breakfast and there was no wait, everything was clean. Ordered the Breakfast Combo and it was delicious. Didn't have to ask for anything as our waitress Susana was on top of everything. Love this place and recommend it. Oh yeah, the prices are right!

Stopped in for some appetizers and cocktails with friends. Sat in the bar. Placed our drink and food orders no problem. Neither the bar or the restaurant were busy. The two ice teas got to us in record time.. food order arrived, still waiting on 2 more drinks. 1 beer and 1 amaretto sour. Can't find our waitress it's been about 10 minutes now. Asked a servers assistant to find our server. She finally got back to our table to explain that they were out of Amaretto and they were trying to find something close so they could make my drink.... Something else?? If you don't have Amaretto you can t make the drink. Why waste 15minutes looking for something to fake a drink with. Just tell me you don't have it and I'll change my drink order, which is what I did. Captain Morgan and 7up. I don't know what they did but that drink was barely drinkable. It was capt. Morgan but I doubt there was any 7up in it. We finally got the last 2 drinks. We never saw our server again until we sent the same servers assistant to find her. We had wanted more drinks but didn't want to risk the wait time again as we had plans to be somewhere else. Over all very disappointed with the service and quality control.

There are not enough stars to rate this restaurant. Through out my 41 year life I have definitely had my share of restaurants; and this place demonstrated the finest, best, friendliest customer service I have ever witnessed. In addition to that the place was well kept for its age and the food tasted absolutely delicious. Thank you so much Kenos! The saddest part of this restaurant is that it and the staff only reside in California; and I sadly don’t live there.

Every time I walk in the ladies in the front make a face and always try to sit me at the bar area they took about 20 mins to take our order but we’re taking other white folks orders quicker that arrived after us we didn’t even get asked if we wanted any drinks after ordering our food was all incorrect we got the plates fixed while still waiting on drinks to be brought once we had everything our plates of food were cold i had to stand up in order for the waiter to notice me and come my way didn’t feel very welcomed
