I'll tell you about my experience. So last Monday I dropped my car off to get a water pump changed out. The man there said it would be Tuesday or Wednesday before he could get to it. I waited until Thursday to call and check on it. Man said it would be tomorrow(Friday) after lunch. Come Friday I called and asked out it. Man said it would be ready around 5pm. Told him I couldn't because of work and asked if they would be open tomorrow (Saturday). Man said another guy would be up here to give another customer their vehicle. Come Saturday at the time the man said he would be there. I waited 30 minutes and he never showed. On top of that I walked over to check my car out and someone had plundered though it. Besides all that hoopla it was reasonable priced. And they did apologize for everything.
