June's

The last time I was graced by the sweet embrace of June’s it was nothing short of magical. The staff was friendly, the service was fast, the prices were unbeatable, and the food was to die for. Unfortunately, like many great things in life, this seems to have come to an end. It pains me to write this review. The first problem I encountered was the comically slow service. It took about 12-15 minutes to get seated, this isn’t traditionally a problem, however, there were about 5 open tables. The staff walked back and forth multiple times as I waited to be seated never even taking the time to acknowledge me. Upon being seated I was relieved to see the prices hadn’t changed too drastically since I last visited (2021). The food was still quite good, and as people often do, I asked for some ranch to use as dipping sauce for my chicken (big mistake). After waiting approximately 10 minutes to get checked out, I was made aware that ranch is a $2.00 up charge, yes $2.00, without being made aware when asking for it during my meal. I believe the vision and direction of this once great establishment has lost its way.

Staff is super nice. The place is clean and inviting. The food is good. I had the boneless chicken dinner with okra and salad, and my husband had the cheese burger with bacon and chips. We also had the fried mushrooms and the fried greenbeans they both where good but we ate the before I took pics, lol.

It was super busy the service wasnt great but it was truly because they were super busy! Food was pretty good a little pricey but i have foynd it conparable to the area.

The service was extremely slow and uncommunicative. We waited 14 minutes to be seated without anybody even acknowledging us. The chicken was good, but there is a $2 dollar up charge on ranch that was not mentioned to us. Once I was ready to pay, I waited 11 minutes next to the register. Again, nobody even acknowledged me. They also put $1 charge for the use of a discover card. Good chicken, but extremely slow staff.

GET THE BONELESS CHICKEN!!!! This place is so cute & always packed when we go. I’ve came back several times just to get the boneless chicken they’re absolutely addictive! Staff is attentiveness friendly. Definitely worth the try if you are in town! Side note:I do wish their burgers had a bit more flavor. Pepper, onion, or Worcestershire would do the trick.
