The lady that was taking our order was rude from the start took her about 15+ minutes to make two coffees I asked for a white mocha with macadamia nut and brown sugar frappuccino and what came out tasted like a burnt expresso at best and she put two different types of flavored whipped cream when I didn't ask for any it is a blueberry and lemon whipped cream, she asked us two different times if we wanted to tip and close the window very swiftly and abruptly right after we said no and didn't even tell us a total which ended up being $20! The barista was on the chunkier side if you get her drive off, my girlfriend got a Red Bull smoothie that was pomegranate lemon and grapefruit and it tasted like she only did pomegranate and that was it, very unimpressed overall definitely will not be going back here ever again and would discourage anyone from going here, whoever the manager is if you read this please train your employees better don't like feeling judged as I'm trying to order something

This is the ONLY place that can make my blended coffee how I like it and it's good every single time. It's the best tasting coffee around and their drinks are consistent and priced better than the others too.

Not a good shop. Employees are rude, slow times, and the drinks are gross. Tried to get a refund or a new order and was charged a whole entire new drink. That's just not right. There are so many other places that top here. It's just not worth it.

My daughter and I had gone. I had a dairy free caramel Macchiato, and my daughter had a white mocha. Hers is undrinkable. Mine was ok, at least I could drink it. It was $14 for them (one 20 oz and one 24 oz), plus a $3 tip. I learned to taste before we leave. My daughter wanted to go to Starbucks, but we were on a tight schedule. Next time I will definitely make time.

Disgusting! I've come to this location a couple different times in the past, I was never happy with what I got. I went back today and got a simple white mocha. It tastes burnt, there's no white mocha flavoring....it's like I'm just drinking a watered down coffee.
