I went for root touchup today , initially when I called they said they would charge me $ 40. This was my first visit at this salon in 3 years. I have had the worst experience ever. They Are freaking too expensive. Apparently they will put hidden charges on you. They checked my length they said my grey hair growth was a bit long they will charge me $100 dollars I do not understand why wouldn’t they charge me double the amount they told me. I think they should have charged $80 dollars. Later i asked them blow dry which is offered free at other salons. She said blow dry would not look good she can do waves. I was okay with it. I didn’t know that she was going to charge me for that. At the end i get to know that my total was $126. I think I would prefer going to the salons I was going to earlier. They would put hidden charges and ask you to pay with a smile. I would have created a scene if their salon was not under renovation and workers were not there. Trust me other salons are much more cheaper and when going please confirm all the charges first.

I got my first ever haircut from Jannat and the experience was amazing. I'm the kind of person who never allowed someone to touch my hair with scissor but she explained every step so kindly cause she knew how much I value my hairs. Also, if you don't want to regret then go for Nimrat. She takes her passion very well ! Thank you ??

Hi, I had my balayage done by amazing salon owner Nimrat. I am so in love with the results. The process took a bit long but thankfully i get awesome results with no damage caused to my hair. Went their for first time a year ago and they provided best service. Not offending but at second time I went for Hair smoothening and the results are just for one week and then My hair got damaged. So disappointed.
