Had shrimp, beef and broccoli egg roll and General Tso Chicken and Beef spare ribs. Everyone came to a solid 4/5!!

I really wanted to like them. I got recommendations from FB I ordered General Tso chicken not even a whole floret just a couple of pieces of chicken tossed in sauce in my 8.75 order. Presentation was poor portion looked like somebody ate my food but I picked it up myself. The lady was so sweet but I just can't if this was what they present on a slow day.

Ordered delivery the other night. Was told 35mins for delivery and it took about 1hr 20mins. Every time I called the lady hung up on me saying “1 second! 1 second!” On the theID call I said I wanted my money back and she just kept repeating he's outside.. finally I get the food (at least it wasn’t cold) and the taste was not there. My expectations for Chinese food are low because it usually all tastes the same but this was beyond anything I’ve had! The triple delight Beef,Chicken,Shrimp only had 1 shrimp in it! ??????? I really don’t know where these positive reviews came from because the whole experience was atrocious! First and absolute last time ordering from their!
