Incredible food. I'm pretty picky about subs and they got everything perfect! Will be ordering from Incas again :)

My favorite sub shop in Plattsburgh! The owner is very respectful and kind, very efficient and skillful. Food is always fantastic. My girlfriend is transgender and he was very respectful of her and made her feel affirmed. Truly a hidden gem ??

Spontaneously came here last week for a sub, and got their barbeque brisket. It was delicious, and the owner of the store and I had a lovely conversation while he made my food. Would definitely come here again.
